Brand new pool for the summer and we couldn’t be happier. Shawn and his crew did an amazing job. They coordinated well with other contractors to ensure the best results and timeline. Excellent communication throughout the project. There were a few missing items but Shawn and Ben were quick to respond and correct everything. Even left a few pool toys for my son.

Shawn built our in ground pool 13 years ago. It’s is still great! His company has opened and closed our pool for all of those 13 years and he and his employees are professional and get the job done in a timely fashion. When we needed a new pump last year Shawn went out of his way to bring it to us on a Saturday afternoon, install it and ensure it was working efficiently……this year we had some pool robot cleaner issues and Shawn took care of it immediately. We have always found Shawn and his family and staff easy to reach, easy to talk to and great to follow through…..we will continue to work with Shawn and Payne’s Pools for many years to come.

Thank you to Ben and Clare for wonderful customer service. Ben replaced my pool pump (which was older than him) with a modern variable speed pump. The quietness of this new pump makes you think it's not even running. His workmanship is excellent making me a very satisfied customer. P. Robertson
